About The Stables

The Stables is a 4-bedroomed, beautifully furnished barn conversion with a dining kitchen and comfortable lounge. It is our most accessible holiday let, and the one we recommend for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users — see the accessibility details below. One kingsize bedroom with an extra single day bed and en-suite bathroom, a full bathroom, a second kingsize bedroom, a further upstairs single bedroom, and a downstairs single bedroom with a large walk-in en-suite wet room big enough for wheelchair access. There’s a disabled parking space right outside the door in the courtyard, with a disability ramp, toilet aids and shower seat available on request. The large outdoor terrace is on the same level for easy, accessible alfresco dining. Underfloor heating for the cooler months, a large smart TV and superfast broadband. Full use of the 3-acre fishing lake at no extra cost. Hot tub available from £120 per stay.

  • A wheelchair ramp at the entrance, rising approximately 4 inches to the threshold
  • A ground-floor bedroom
  • A large wet room with wheelchair access, spacious enough for toileting aids and a shower seat
  • Level access throughout the ground floor, onto a single-level decked area
  • One small threshold step at the back door onto the decking
